The 60-Night Glow Guarantee
Try Glowfall for up to 60 nights. If you don't love what it does for your hair, skin, and shower, email us at hello@getglowfall.com within 60 days of delivery and we'll refund your purchase in full — including the showerhead and any unopened cartridges.
How returns work
Email hello@getglowfall.com with your order number and we'll send you a return authorization — please don't ship anything back before receiving it. Once your return is confirmed, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless your item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or defective items
If your Glowfall arrives damaged or stops working as it should, email us a photo and we'll make it right — a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. No return shipment required for verified damage.
Glow Club subscriptions
Glow Club cartridge subscriptions can be paused, skipped, or canceled anytime from your account page or by emailing us — no phone calls, no hoops. Cartridge shipments already in transit can be returned unopened for a full refund.
