Free U.S. Shipping

All U.S. orders ship free — no minimums, no codes.

Processing & delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days from our U.S. warehouse. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Glow Club deliveries

Glow Club cartridge refills ship automatically every 3 months with the same free shipping. You'll get a heads-up email before each shipment, with time to skip or reschedule if you don't need one yet.

If something goes wrong

If your tracking hasn't moved in 5+ business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 14 days of purchase, email hello@getglowfall.com and we'll make it right — a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
