Free U.S. Shipping

All U.S. orders ship free — no minimums, no codes.

Processing & delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. Your Glowfall ships directly from our overseas fulfilment partner — that is how we keep the price where it is — so it may arrive in simple protective packaging rather than retail packaging. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Glow Club deliveries

Glow Club cartridge refills ship automatically every 3 months with the same free shipping. You will get a heads-up email before each shipment, with time to skip or reschedule if you do not need one yet.

If something goes wrong

If your tracking has not moved in 7+ business days, or your order has not arrived within 21 days of purchase, email hello@getglowfall.com and we will make it right — a replacement or a full refund, your choice.

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only, including APO/FPO. International shipping is on the roadmap — join our email list to be the first to know.
